What you’ll be doing:
- Lead & develop a small team of talented surveyors
- Hands-on involvement with larger and more complex residential instructions
- Oversee quality control through audits and report reviews
- Organise and deliver in-house training & professional development
- Monitor CPD progression across the team
- Ensure health & safety compliance for surveyors in the field
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in residential building surveying
- Current RICS membership (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead, mentor and inspire
- A detail-driven approach and knowledge of relevant legislation
