Our client, a world-leading technology business powering progress across industries from electronics and medical research to renewable energy and infrastructure, are looking for a driven Safety & Environmental Manager to lead SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) initiatives across our client's global field service operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shape and roll out tailored SHE programs for field service teams
- Ensure full compliance with global safety and environmental regulations
- Lead training, audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Support emergency response planning and embed sustainability initiatives
What You Bring:
- A degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering—or related field
- 5+ years in SHE leadership, including 2+ in a field service or mobile workforce environment
- Recognised certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH) a big plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive impact independently
