We are working with a highly regarded, international professional services organisation with a strong reputation who, due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their established and collaborative team!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Joining a supportive team and handling a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
  • Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning strategies
  • Administration of estates, including complex and high-value matters
  • Probate applications and inheritance tax considerations
  • Advising executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
  • Working on trust structures and wealth preservation planning
  • Supporting clients through sensitive matters with a high level of care and professionalism

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Strong experience in wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Comfortable handling a varied caseload, including more complex matters
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to work within a team-oriented environment
