Our client, a highly respected regional law firm with a long-standing presence in the South Yorkshire market, is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer (1-4 years PQE) to join their growing, award-winning team. What you’ll be doing:
- Advise a broad range of business clients, including SMEs, entrepreneurs and regional corporates.
- Handle corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation.
- Support due diligence processes and contribute to transaction management.
- Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver integrated advice.
