We’re partnering with a leading global engineering organisation to find a Customer Service Specialist who will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, from order to delivery. You’ll be at the heart of the business, coordinating between customers, production, and internal teams to ensure everything lands exactly where it should, when it should!

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing customer orders from start to finish
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and solutions
  • Coordinating with production and purchasing teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Handling order changes, returns, repairs, and escalations
  • Creating and updating quotes, pricing, and customer data
  • Using systems like SAP/CRM and Excel to track and manage workflows
  • Proactively identifying issues and resolving them before they escalate

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both internally and externally
  • Solid Excel skills is essential
