Our client, a fast-growing, award-winning events agency based in London, are recruiting for a passionate, creative and energetic Account Director. This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning team with an open and collaborative culture…and if you’re a doggy owner, they are welcome in the office!

This role involves supporting high-profile global events, so you’ll need to be comfortable with occasional international travel. There will be time, particularly during event delivery, when flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, are required. In return, you’ll join a supportive team that genuinely recognises and rewards your commitment!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and grow client relationships, building deep trust through consistent delivery, strategic guidance and proactive relationship management.
  • Develop and manage client plans, identifying opportunities for organic growth, improving profitability and ensuring alignment with agency standards.
