We're partnering with a multi-disciplinary engineering & surveying consultancy to find a forward-thinking Chartered Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in strategic leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on leading teams, driving project excellence, and building lasting client partnerships. My client is ideally looking for someone to be based at their Leeds or York sites.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and delivering a portfolio of civil infrastructure projects from concept through completion
- Providing technical leadership on drainage, highways & flood risk schemes
- Mentoring and supporting engineers towards chartership
- Playing a key role in business development and client engagement
What we're looking for:
- Chartered Engineer (ICE or equivalent)
- Extensive consultancy-based civil infrastructure experience
- In-depth knowledge of adoptable roads, sewers, SUDS & FRA documentation
- Skilled in Civil 3D and InfoDrainage
- Inspirational leader with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
