We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Passenger Services Agents to join our Operations department at Condor Ferries in Guernsey.
The Role
- In this role, you will work with passengers and Travel Partners, assisting with travel needs, check-ins, providing vital information, and more.
- You will resolve pre-travel complaints or dissatisfaction, maintaining professionalism to create a positive image of the company.
Profile
Successful candidates will have experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Travel environments, working directly with passengers and Travel Advisors.
Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential, with the ability to plan and prioritize work as per business needs.
Knowledge of products and brand, awareness of commercial focus, and ability to remain calm under pressure are important.
We value a positive attitude, confidence, flexibility, friendliness, and a passion for helping others and providing quality service.

- This role requires shift and weekend work.
