Job Responsibilities:
- You will lead the Crew Resource Department in effective rostering and management of crew, including certification and training.
- You will manage a team of crew administrators and oversee the 24-hour duty resource planner on a rotational basis.
- You will monitor Rest Days and work towards achieving a ‘zero’ balance.
- You will ensure budgetary control in line with crew expenses and crewing budgets.
- You will assist with welfare, medical, and repatriation matters as necessary.
