The key responsibilities :
- Manage 2 Cooks and Assistant Cook and stewards working in the Brasserie.
- Check all food stores delivered for quality and freshness and ensure all stores are stored correctly.
- Work with the galley crew team to ensure a clean and tidy working environment.
- Ensure health and hygiene standards within the galley/stores.
- Undertake any duties deemed fit by the Cabin Manager.
- Ensure that personal health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Deliver all training and coaching for the stewards and liaise with OBS Manager.
