condokeeper is a fast-growing student accommodation and short-let management company, managing over 80 properties in London. We offer a fully managed service for our hosts and guests with the mission to “Deliver the best home away from home experience." We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our expanding team.
This role is predominantly based at our head office in Farringdon, but the ideal candidate may also be expected to travel to other locations within the UK or abroad.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, for an Operations and Guest Relations Graduate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional guest experience.
Key tasks include assisting with project management, supporting the sales team, and maintaining efficient operational processes.
