Condition is a sportswear brand on the move and we're looking for an Operations Manager who knows the industry inside out to help us scale. This is a hands-on, fully office-based role based in Knutsford, Cheshire. You'll own the operational engine of the business: supply chain, 3PL, retail, product sampling, and shoot preparation. If you've already done this in sportswear or activewear and you're ready for your next challenge with a brand you can grow with — we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring stock flows seamlessly from production to customer
- Overseeing our 3PL partner relationships, holding them accountable to timelines and quality standards
- Leading retail operations and attending retail meetings as the key operational point of contact
- Coordinating shoot preparation — organising samples, logistics, and timelines so every shoot runs without a hitch
- Managing product development timelines and sampling drop planning in close collaboration with the product and creative teams
- Driving continuous improvement across all operational functions
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in an operations role within sportswear, activewear, or performance apparel — this is a strong preference, not just a nice-to-have
- Ideally, you've held an ops position at another sportswear brand and understand the pace, the product cycles, and the pressures that come with it
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain, 3PL logistics, and retail operations
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without losing grip on the detail
- A confident communicator who can manage external partners and internal teams equally well
This is a fully office-based role in Knutsford. We don't offer remote or hybrid working — we're a team that works best together, in person.
