Company Description
CONDITION® is a training apparel brand dedicated to performance, comfort, and everyday wearability. The company designs purpose-driven garments that support active lifestyles in and out of the gym. Products are built with durability and versatility in mind, offering pieces that transition seamlessly between training and daily life. CONDITION® focuses on thoughtful design, quality materials, and functional details that help customers move with confidence. Location: Knutsford, Manchester.
About the role
Condition is looking for a creative and driven Content Manager to own our brand presence from concept to camera. This is a hands‑on role for someone equally comfortable building a content strategy in a doc and getting on location with a camera. You'll shape how the world sees Condition - across every platform, shoot, and post.
What you'll do
- Develop and own the brand content strategy - setting a clear direction for how Condition shows up across all channels.
- Plan, produce, and execute photo and video shoots end‑to‑end, from concepting through to delivery.
- Operate as the primary shooter on shoots, capturing both photo and video content to a professional standard.
- Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent output across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
- Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, editors) when additional resource is needed.
- Analyse content performance and use data to continually refine and improve the strategy.
- Stay ahead of content trends and platform behaviour to keep Condition's output fresh and relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a content, creative, or marketing role - ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer brand.
- Hands‑on experience with photography and videography - you're confident picking up a camera and producing polished content independently.
- A strong creative eye and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual content.
- Experience developing content strategies and working to a structured content calendar.
- Proficiency in editing software - Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
- A self‑starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify creative decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience shooting and directing talent on set.
- Knowledge of short‑form video and platform‑native content (Reels, TikTok).
- An existing portfolio of brand or editorial work.
