Condition is a sportswear brand on the move and we are looking for an Operations Manager who knows the industry inside out to help us scale. This is a hands-on, fully office-based role based in Knutsford, Cheshire. You will own the operational engine of the business: supply chain, 3PL, retail, product sampling, and shoot preparation. If you have already done this in sportswear or activewear and you are ready for your next challenge with a brand you can grow with — we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring stock flows seamlessly from production to customer
  • Overseeing our 3PL partner relationships, holding them accountable to timelines and quality standards
  • Leading retail operations and attending retail meetings as the key operational point of contact
  • Coordinating shoot preparation — organising samples, logistics, and timelines so every shoot runs without a hitch
  • Managing product development timelines and sampling drop planning in close collaboration with the product and creative teams
  • Driving continuous improvement across all operational functions

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in an operations role within sportswear, activewear, or performance apparel — this is a strong preference, not just a nice-to-have
  • Ideally, you have held an ops position at another sportswear brand and understand the pace, the product cycles, and the pressures that come with it
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain, 3PL logistics, and retail operations
  • Exceptionally organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without losing grip on the detail
  • A confident communicator who can manage external partners and internal teams equally well

This is a fully office-based role in Knutsford. We do not offer remote or hybrid working — we are a team that works best together, in person.

Salary: £36,000
