About Condition

Condition is a sportswear brand based in Knutsford, Manchester. We're growing fast and looking for a digital marketer who lives and breathes fashion e-commerce to own our online growth.

The Role

You'll be the engine behind our digital presence - planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across paid social, email, and our Shopify storefront. You'll work closely with the creative team to turn product drops, campaigns, and content into revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both strategise and execute.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search, Shopping/Performance Max), including prospecting, retargeting, and catalogue/dynamic product ads.
  • Own our email marketing program end to end - flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back), campaigns, segmentation, and list growth (Klaviyo or similar).
  • Manage and optimise our Shopify store: product page conversion, landing pages, promotions, discount strategy, and app integrations.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, emails, and on-site experiences to continuously improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Plan marketing calendars around product drops, seasonal campaigns, and sales events.
  • Brief and collaborate with creatives on ad content, working with photographers, designers, and UGC creators.
  • Monitor and report on performance - ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, email revenue share - and translate data into action.
  • Support organic social, influencer/creator partnerships, and SMS marketing as we scale.
  • Stay on top of fashion and e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle e-commerce.
  • Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads with real budgets - you can talk through campaign structures, audiences, creative testing, and results you've driven.
  • Strong email marketing skills - flow building, segmentation, deliverability, and campaign copy (Klaviyo experience preferred).
  • Solid working knowledge of Shopify - themes, apps, discounts, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale or similar).
  • A genuine eye for fashion - you understand brand aesthetics, trends, and what makes fashion content perform.
  • Strong copywriting instincts for ads, emails, and product pages.
  • Self-starter who can own projects end to end in a fast-moving small team.
  • SMS marketing (Attentive, Postscript, or Klaviyo SMS).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pinterest Ads or other emerging paid channels.
  • Influencer/UGC sourcing and management.
  • Design skills (Figma, Canva) or video editing for ad creative.
