What you'll do:
You’ll join the European Consumer Revenue team, responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue for all Condé Nast’s brands, including subscriptions, memberships, and e‑commerce products. Working with the European Performance & Growth Director, you will plan and deliver full‑funnel strategies across digital channels, collaborating with CRM and Partnerships Marketing Managers to execute cross‑channel campaigns.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Digital Marketing Manager leads the digital marketing strategy and execution for magazine subscriptions, memberships, and e‑commerce products across all brands. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value KPIs.
- Build cross‑functional relationships to create high‑performing campaigns, working closely with commercial, legal, and brand teams.
- Analyse and optimise marketing activities through data‑driven insights to sustain growth.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including emerging channels and partnership strategies, and manage marketing budgets to meet revenue targets.
- Lead the execution of the digital marketing strategy across all channels, owning end‑to‑end processes, approvals, and QA.
- Serve as the paid media specialist, defining best‑in‑class paid media strategies and continually optimising performance for maximum ROI and LTV.
- Collaborate with data intelligence, CRM, and segmentation teams to ensure accurate customer targeting and analytics setup.
- Work with designers to develop marketing creative that drives performance and complements brand identity.
- Forecast future performance and make informed recommendations based on market trends and new opportunities.

- Performance‑driven paid media professional with at least 5 years of experience optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Experience working successfully with affiliate platforms.
- Proven track record managing vendors and external partners, overseeing end‑to‑end agency relationships.
- Ability to devise fully integrated marketing strategies that deliver acquisition and retention objectives.
