What you’ll do:

  • Create and develop our digital marketing strategy across paid channels as well as owned and earned media, to drive growth for all consumer business areas.
  • Serve as the team's digital media specialist, responsible for defining best-in-class digital media strategies, managing channel performance and using data to optimise performance to maximise ROI, CPA and LTV.
  • Lead the execution of the digital marketing strategy across all channels, managing budgets to meet KPI and revenue targets.
  • Own the end-to-end processes, including approvals and QA, adhering to set deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships and CRM Marketing Managers to align strategies and ensure cross-channel integration.
  • Support and help elevate plans through strategic guidance and optimisation.
  • Serve as the team's paid media specialist, responsible for defining best-in-class paid media strategies.
  • Work with our European Consumer Revenue analysts to monitor & optimise KPIs.
  • Present learnings and future plans back to key stakeholders.
  • Work with the data intelligence team and the CRM & Segmentation to ensure the right customer targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal & external designers to develop the marketing creative strategy.
  • Help forecast future performance and make informed recommendations.

Who you are:

  • A performance-driven digital media expert with a minimum of 7 years experience of running and optimising campaigns on paid media platforms.
  • Client side consumer marketing professional with relevant experience working on DTC or B2C within fast paced consumer sectors.
  • Experience of successfully managing affiliate programmes.
  • Proven experience managing vendors and external partners.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact and devising fully integrated marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Driven, enthusiastic with strong commercial acumen and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with excellent people skills.
  • Highly analytical, utilising data to uncover insights and opportunities.
