The Role
The Manager of Performance Media will support Condé Nast’s social and branded content business across 12 advertising categories (Fashion, Beauty, Vice, CPG, BizFi Tech, Home, etc.). The Manager coaches a team of Specialists who build and optimise campaigns to surface strategic learnings that maximise advertising revenue. The Manager has strong communication skills and the ability to recognise opportunities and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What will you be doing?
- Coach and develop team members, to help them build skills and meet performance standards
- Oversee the activation and optimisation of paid campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com sites
- Provide internal stakeholders with campaign analysis to surface actionable insights and learnings that can be utilised in the sales process
- Analyse audience data, historical ad performance, and industry trends to make informed client-facing recommendations and internal decisions
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve campaign and account issues in a stress-free manner
- Improve and evolve social strategy to keep pace with platform updates
Who you are:
- Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, branded content, commerce content, ad technology and platforms
- Exceptional communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
