- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing and organising subscriptions and promotional badges for all members.
- Managing all member profile pages, updating information where necessary, as well as selecting and cropping imagery and editing new members' copy
- daily via The List CMS.
- SEO for all profiles.
- Ensure all shared spreadsheets are kept up to date with member activity and keep The Directories team informed.
- Working closely with the Commercial team to design, create, manage
- promotional material for all members.
- Work with online, editorial, digital and production teams to ensure the smooth daily running of The List & TAB websites and brand globally.
- Keeping The List website editorial content up to date weekly.
- Liaise with Directory members to request new imagery and projects for social media platforms and editorial, including new member copy, imagery and company information.
- Event coordination; supporting the team with List member events and collaborations.
- Assisting with newsletters and social media and ensuring the team adhere to the calendar of activity and events.
- Coordinating the production of The List's annual printed directory.
- Generating content for both TAB and The List's Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Linked In accounts.
- General troubleshooting.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent written skills.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of staff as well as directly with members.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Experience in Photoshop, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs.
- Experience with SEO.
- Meticulous time management skills, especially when working to tight deadlines.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- Unflappable under pressure.
- Interest in interiors, garden design and decoration would be advantageous.
