This is a pivotal editorial role, central to shaping the magazine’s voice and vision. You’ll be responsible for delivering insightful, agenda-setting coverage across both print and digital platforms. Working as part of a collaborative network spanning British Vogue and our international editions, you will help ensure our content remains authoritative, original and firmly positioned at the forefront of the global fashion industry.
What will you be doing?
- Write and edit fashion and style stories for print and digital, including daily news, features and exclusives.
- Collaborate with editorial teams across the Vogue global network to ensure balanced, consistent coverage and avoid content duplication.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, PRs and industry insiders to secure exclusives and stay ahead of trends.
- Partner with commercial teams to develop special editorial projects and support revenue-driving initiatives.
- Monitor industry developments to keep Vogue’s content timely, informed, and distinctive.
- Contribute to audience growth by identifying new story opportunities and optimising content for SEO.
About you
- Extensive editorial experience in fashion, style or luxury, with strong print and digital writing skills.
- Proven ability to identify trends, pitch compelling stories, and craft engaging content.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms and editing content quickly and accurately.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices for digital journalism.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of growing audiences and identifying new content areas.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with editorial and commercial teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Vogue brand and the fashion industry, supported by an extensive contact network.
- Experience collaborating on commercial projects and revenue-focused editorial initiatives.
