You’ll join the European Consumer Revenue team which is responsible for driving direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) revenue for all Condé Nast’s brands, including revenue streams such as newsstands & subscriptions, memberships, consumer products such as the Vogue Festive Calendar, and new and developing DTC propositions. This role is based in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall end‑to‑end media strategy and execution across Europe to deliver against Consumer Revenue’s business objectives.
  • Implement multi‑channel campaigns across search, social, display, shopping and programmatic channels, including influencer marketing.
  • Monitor KPIs including new subscribers, product sales, CPA, engagement & reach, conversion rate across the funnel, CLV, revenue and margin.
  • Maximise a substantial marketing budget and build relationships with Meta, Google, TikTok and DSP agents to improve campaign performance.
  • Forecast the performance of marketing campaigns and ensure accuracy of those forecasts.
  • Work closely with European Consumer Revenue analysts to monitor & optimise KPIs and the levers that impact them.
  • Manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO), develop A/B and multivariate testing of campaigns and onsite experiences.
  • Define requirements and own the European digital subs journey.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve paid media efficiency and onsite engagement.
  • Define measure frameworks and attribution models, shaping consumer revenue strategy alongside the Executive Director.
  • Develop the maturity of marketing operations, identifying and negotiating for third‑party tools and licences.
  • Lead project management of Vogue’s beauty advent calendar and other beauty boxes, ensuring product selection aligns with consumer insights.
  • Work with designers to develop, test and optimise creative assets to maximise engagement, conversion and ROI.
  • Create end‑to‑end campaigns to drive performance and establish a high‑performing culture among teams.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure effective implementation across European teams.
  • Coach and develop a team of three direct reports, leading a larger cross‑functional marketing squad across Europe.
  • Set the culture of being curious, creative and analytical within the team and cross‑functional teams.
  • Influence at the highest level possible, driving alignment across advertising, product, editorial and all other relevant teams.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, benchmarks and new technology, identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in DTC performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of excellent ROI across several channels.
  • Experience working across different countries with proven capability in cross‑cultural collaboration.
  • Highly strategic, analytic thinker with in‑depth knowledge of leveraging paid digital marketing channels.
  • Extensive experience leveraging marketing technology to optimise campaigns and customer experience.
  • Embraces change with flexibility on pre‑existing theories and plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and impressive problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent understanding of customer loyalty and retention strategies.
  • Strong management & leadership skills with the ability to prioritise time effectively.
  • Experience managing a team of at least two direct reports.
  • Impressive collaborator with strong influencing skills across stakeholders.
  • Confident when presenting to senior stakeholders with well‑structured presentations.
  • Resourceful, innovative and enjoys working under pressure.
