We are looking for a Digital Media Strategist to partner with Sales, CNCC, Campaign Management, Amplify and Finance to develop, execute, and manage complex multi-platform campaigns within a specific sales category - Style, Culture, Travel & Lifestyle and Homes & Interiors.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the lifecycle of a campaign, from media plan generation, order entry, campaign optimisations and post campaign analysis report.
- Create and maintain strategic, KPI driven media plans.
- Serve as internal and external advertising campaign consultant, educating and advising sales teams, clients and agencies on products, services, solutions and media best practices across the business.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, CNCC, Campaign Management, Amplify and Finance to develop, execute and monitor campaigns across business channels for success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. video, social etc.).
- Analyse campaign performance data and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Provide day-to-day support to junior members of the team.
Who you are:
- 3+ years advertising/digital sales and/or agency planning/strategy.
- Knowledge of digital sales processes.
- Ability to multitask and perform independently as part of a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
