Responsibilities

  • Project and execute full‑funnel digital marketing strategies that drive acquisition, retention and engagement, aligning with the European Consumer Revenue team’s goals.
  • Collaborate with the CRM and Partnerships Marketing Managers to plan and launch cross‑channel campaigns and ensure integration across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy and execution for magazine subscriptions, memberships and e‑commerce products across all CondéNast brands.
  • Define and deliver integrated marketing plans that achieve acquisition, retention and lifetime‑value targets.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships with commercial, legal and brand teams to develop high‑performing creative and maximise opportunities.
  • Analyse and optimise marketing activity using data‑driven insights, report impact and identify new growth opportunities, including emerging channels, partnerships and testing roadmaps.
  • Manage marketing budgets to meet set revenue and performance targets, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Own end‑to‑end processes, including approvals, QA and adherence to deadlines.
  • Act as the team’s paid media specialist, defining best‑in‑class paid media strategies, managing channel performance and continually optimising ROI and LTV.
  • Work closely with European Consumer Revenue analysts to monitor, optimise and critique KPIs, and use data/analytics to inform test‑and‑learn plans.
  • Present learnings and future plans to key stakeholders in the most relevant manner.
  • Partner with data intelligence and CRM & Segmentation teams to set up accurate customer targeting and data configuration for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop marketing creative strategy and ensure assets drive performance.
  • Forecast future performance and recommend strategic plans based on performance, market trends and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience running and optimising campaigns on digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Experience working successfully with affiliate platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing vendors and external partners, overseeing agency relationships from briefing to optimisation.
  • Strong integrated marketing strategy skills, delivering acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix, including integration of digital activity with CRM, partnerships, print media and events.
  • Commercial acumen, excellent organisational and project‑management skills, and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong people‑skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams with differing priorities.
  • Highly analytical, utilising data to uncover insights, test new approaches, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with data platforms and tools that support attribution modelling, DMP integration and overall analytics processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to present to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive, curious and action‑oriented mindset, turning ideas into measurable impact.
