Responsibilities

  • Drive consumer revenue growth through acquisition, retention and engagement marketing campaigns that align with business strategy.
  • Plan and execute full‑funnel CRM strategies, coordinating with Digital and Partnerships Marketing Managers to deliver cross‑channel campaigns.
  • Lead the customer marketing strategy for magazine subscriptions, memberships and e‑commerce products across all brands.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to develop creative, high‑performing campaigns in collaboration with commercial, legal and brand teams.
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance using data‑driven insights, reporting impact, learnings and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including emerging channels, partnerships and testing roadmaps.
  • Plan and manage campaigns to meet set revenue and performance targets, overseeing approvals, QA and deadlines.
  • Serve as the team’s customer marketing specialist, defining best‑in‑class strategy, managing channel performance and continually optimising ROI and LTV.
  • Work with European Consumer Revenue analysts to monitor and optimise KPIs, using analytics to critique strategy and develop test‑and‑learn plans.
  • Present learnings and future plans to key stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Collaborate with the data intelligence team to ensure accurate customer targeting and data set‑up using the customer data platform.
  • Partner with internal and external designers to create marketing assets that drive performance and reflect brand standards.
  • Forecast performance, recommend strategic adjustments and identify new opportunities based on market trends and data insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience running and optimising CRM campaigns with measurable LTV impact.
  • Proficient in leveraging CDP and data platforms to optimise campaign targeting.
  • Track record of devising fully integrated marketing strategies that deliver retention and purchase conversion objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix, integrating digital activity with CRM, partnerships, print media and events.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Highly analytical, utilising data to uncover insights, test new approaches and continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Expertise in data platforms, attribution modelling, DMP integration and analytics processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious and action‑oriented, capable of turning ideas into impact at pace.
