The Campaign Management Specialist is a key member of Condé Nast’s Campaign Management team within the digital organisation, responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display, video, and email.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders.
- Work with clients and agencies to manage the technical implementation of third‑party tagging.
- Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch.
- Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.
- Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimising against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the industry to guide sales and marketers on new products and changes within the digital landscape.
- Serve as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues using Google Ad Manager.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of digital Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience.
- Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to self‑prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable organising data.
- Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS beneficial.
- Knowledge of developer tools or HTML beneficial.
- Expert knowledge of ad specs, ad units, our sites and platforms.
