Condé Nast is a global media company. We are looking for an Art Production Associate in London, GB to support British Vogue.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Vogue’s European Production Director.
  • Collaborate across departments to traffic print stories through the editorial workflow.
  • Distribute proofs for review and obtain approvals.
  • Gather editorial assets – text, layouts, images – for local or global use, including Apple News+.
  • Create, organise and monitor editorial communication channels on Slack.
  • Inspect and quality‑check layouts for shipping.
  • Liaise with Print Production.
  • Communicate with the Technology team to solve technical issues.
  • Occasionally support work across brands or departments; may provide support for other Vogue markets.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic coursework or internships in graphic design, publishing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (a plus).
  • Experience using K4 or similar content management system (a plus).
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Skilled multi‑tasker who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong, diplomatic communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders across departments.
  • Tech‑savvy; fluent in English; other languages a plus.
