The Campaign Management Specialist is a key member of Condé Nast’s Campaign Management team within the digital revenue organisation. Based in our London office, the Specialist will support our business in France and is responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display, video, and email. This role is critical to the success of our campaigns and is directly responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ad trafficking and reporting, and a curiosity about the media landscape and digital technologies.
The UK Campaign Management team is part of the wider Global Campaign Management team that also includes France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Middle East, Mexico, and the US, and sits within the Revenue organisation. Campaign Management partners closely with Digital Media Strategy, Ad Platforms, Sales, and Condé Nast Ad Studio teams, and plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our digital campaigns. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Campaign Management UK & France.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the implementation of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders.
- Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of all third-party tagging.
- Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch.
- Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.
- Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimising against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the industry to help guide sales and marketers on new products and changes within the digital landscape.
- Expert knowledge of ad specs, ad units, our sites and platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ad Manager and campaign delivery, serving as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues.
Who you are:
- Must possess 1-3 years of digital Ad Operations experience.
- Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers a must.
- Must be fluent in French.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to self-prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Excel, comfortable with organising data.
- Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite, IAS, or any OMS beneficial.
- Knowledge of developer tools or HTML beneficial.
