The Campaign Management Specialist is a key member of Condé Nast's Campaign Management team within the digital organisation. The role is responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display, video, and email, ensuring technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the implementation of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders.
- Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of all third‑party tagging, thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch.
- Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.
- Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimising against deliverable goals and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the industry to help guide sales and marketers on new products and changes within the digital landscape.
- Maintain expert knowledge of ad specs, ad units, our sites and platforms.
- Serve as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues in Google Ad Manager and campaign delivery.
Who you are:
- Must possess 1‑3 years of digital Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience.
- Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to self‑prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable organising data.
- Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS is beneficial.
- Knowledge of developer tools or HTML is beneficial.
