Condale Plastics is the largest producer of bespoke plastic extrusions in the South East of England with a successful track record of business growth for over 50 years. We supply a wide range of extruded profiles and tubes to a broad selection of customers in a variety of industries
We are looking to recruit a number of production packers to work in our extrusion factory on either day-shift or night-shift. Ideally you will have experience in some form of manual role but it is not essential.
Our production packers are responsible for packing products that are produced on our extrusion lines in a variety of forms. Packers may also be involved in the final packaging of products or may assist our operators in other tasks associated with line set-up or operation. Our packers also assist in monitoring product quality as it comes off the line.
We are looking for staff to work on our permanent day-shift, Monday to Friday or permanent night shift, Monday to Thursday.
Ideal candidates will be happy working flexibly alongside other members of our extrusion team. The job will very much suit someone that has worked in a similar manufacturing environment previously and is used to relatively physical work. In-house training will be provided.
There may be opportunities to progress into other roles for anyone that shows an aptitude and interest in machine operation.
