The Role
The primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Manager, Global Sales Systems, who manages the order management system, AdBook, used by the Revenue Organization within Condé Nast.
This includes providing end-user support for AdBook, executing requests to enhance or modify AdBook, supporting the management of the product catalog, and assisting with daily system maintenance, including user management and troubleshooting.
This role reports to the Manager, Global Sales Systems, and supports Condé Nast\’s US and European markets, including the UK, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany.
What will you be doing?
- User support and ticket response via ServiceNow
- Testing and verifying new functionalities
- Creating and distributing release notes
- Anticipating internal user needs
- Creating and delivering reports
- Documenting requirements
- Delivering training on functionalities
- Maintaining training documentation
- Gathering user feedback for improvements
- Liaising with technology vendors
- Participating in feature refinement sessions
- Executing roadmap initiatives
- Supporting the development of the AdBook product catalog
- Supporting new market launches
Who you are:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in media planning, ad operations, or related fields
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Understanding of digital advertising operations
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce, AdBook (or similar OMS), and GAM is a plus
- Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus
- Bachelor\’s degree
