Description
We’re building something powerful. Let’s build it together.
We've delivered high-performance embedded computing solutions for four decades across industries including defence, telecoms, and aerospace.
We’re proud to be experts in what we do and are looking for more brilliant people to join our team!
The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Systems team.
This role is focused on supporting our colleagues across the business by helping them use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central effectively and confidently in their day‑to‑day work.
You will act as a trusted first point of contact for internal users, providing friendly, patient and reliable support, while also helping maintain documentation, training materials, and project coordination activities.
This role offers a strong foundation for a career in internal systems support, business analysis, or ERP functional consultancy.
What will I be delivering?
You will support colleagues across departments such as Finance, Operations, and Projects by:
- Provide first‑line internal support for Business Central queries logged via the helpdesk
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues where possible, taking ownership through to resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the Programme Coordinator or external support partners when required
- Review internal support tickets and requests to identify trends, recurring issues, and training opportunities
- Create, update and maintain internal knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, and user guidance
- Develop and maintain internal training materials, user guides, and process documentation to improve system understanding and adoption
Alongside day‑to‑day system support, you’ll assist the Business Systems team with internal ERP and improvement projects by:
- Organising, filing, and sharing internal project documentation, recordings, and meeting notes
- Capturing and communicating actions and decisions following project meetings
- Supporting the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs) for system and project activities
- Managing project diaries and helping coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
What do I need to bring with me?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others and working behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly:
- Problem‑solving skills – enjoys understanding issues and finding solutions
- Clear communication – able to explain things simply to non‑technical colleagues
- Strong internal customer service mindset – patient, supportive and approachable
- Analytical skills – able to spot patterns and recurring issues
- Microsoft Office capability – especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes and ways of working
- Collaborative and positive attitude
What’s in it for me?
You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting a live ERP system used across the business, building in‑demand skills from day one.
This role gives you real responsibility, exposure to how a company actually runs, and the chance to work closely with a wide range of teams.
