Overview Concrete4Change (C4C) is a pioneering R&D company developing breakthrough technology to permanently mineralise CO2 in concrete. We are finalising a mini full-flowsheet pilot plant at our Nottingham facility to operate over the next six months and feed into process design documentation and models for a scalable commercial demonstrator.Position Senior Process Engineer (Job title flexible). Location: Nottingham, UK. Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Start Date: Immediate.The Opportunity Lead our scale-up journey—from lab pilot to commercial demonstration. Reporting to the CTO, you will play a key role in process modelling, pilot operation, scale-up design, equipment selection, and coordination with EPCs, subcontractors, and internal teams.
