Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role, managing corporate or organizational social media accounts.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute social media strategies.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video editing collaboration.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Significant experience in social media management within B2B or industry-specific contexts.
Knowledge of sustainability, concrete, or construction-related industries is a plus.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Officer to manage all our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will independently develop a dynamic social media calendar, collaborate with photographers, videographers, directors, and staff, and create impactful content to maximize our visibility and engagement in the targeted industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all Concrete4Change social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter(X), Instagram, etc.).
Independently develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, aligned with company developments and industry trends.
Collaborate with company photographers and videographers to create visually engaging and professional content.
Work closely with directors and staff to generate relevant and compelling content that highlights company achievements, milestones, and innovations.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure C4C remains at the forefront of its field.
Analyse performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement across platforms.
Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
