An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Mitcham office to join ourIT Department as aIT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users and working across a varied IT environment.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to colleagues
- Diagnosing hardware, software, network and printer issues
- Setting up new users, accounts and permissions
- Managing employee IT onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word and Excel
- Managing Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
- Troubleshooting Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP connectivity issues
- Maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and meeting room technology
- Supporting server, storage and backup administration
- Assisting with cybersecurity, MFA, endpoint protection and Cyber Essentials compliance
- Maintaining IT equipment and software licence inventories
- Supporting IT projects, hardware refreshes and Microsoft 365 deployments
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user guides

Experience required
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and Wi-Fi
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and PC builds
- Familiarity with remote support software and IT ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support requests
- Full UK driving licence
