This position oversees supply chain approval activities across the organisation. Serving as the primary point of contact for supply chain approvals, the role ensures compliance and accuracy throughout CRL. It involves managing supplier approvals, supporting regional teams, and collaborating closely with Compliance and Finance to enhance processes and controls. The role also provides support across teams as required.
Responsibilities
- A central point of contact for supply chain approval activity to provide assurance of accuracy and consistency across CRL, including:
- Ensuring company-wide compliance with our approval process and due diligence
- Monitoring of CRL's Supplier Management System and Finalising Approvals
- Processing supplier approvals and addition of new records
- Supporting regional administrators, including training and leave cover
- Work with the Compliance Manager to review and improve our systems.
- Support and collaborate with the Finance Team
- Assist in operating and improving internal controls
- Assist the finance team and provide cover as when required
