Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in civil engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects? Join our team and take the lead in managing multiple contracts in the specialist area of concrete repairs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects or a major significant project from start to finish
  • Plan, program, and resource contracts while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance
  • Manage budgets, claims, variations, and final accounts
  • Provide technical, contractual, and legal guidance to your team
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors
  • Motivate, develop, and lead a team of engineers and operatives
  • Contribute to company policies, sustainability goals, and a safe, supportive workplace

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience running multiple construction contracts independently
  • Knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts, CDM regulations, SHEQ procedures, and employment legislation
  • Strong planning, financial, leadership, and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and a Degree / NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Construction
  • MICE / CEng, MCiob, ICorr / MiCorr (achieved or working towards)
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
