What You’ll Do:
- Oversee multiple construction projects or a major significant project from start to finish
- Plan, program, and resource contracts while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Manage budgets, claims, variations, and final accounts
- Provide technical, contractual, and legal guidance to your team
- Liaise with clients, engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors
- Motivate, develop, and lead a team of engineers and operatives
- Contribute to company policies, sustainability goals, and a safe, supportive workplace
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience running multiple construction contracts independently
- Knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts, CDM regulations, SHEQ procedures, and employment legislation
- Strong planning, financial, leadership, and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and a Degree / NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Construction
- MICE / CEng, MCiob, ICorr / MiCorr (achieved or working towards)
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
