We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to come on board to assist in the construction of our concrete base for our Garages & Dismantle of existing buildings. You must have experience with Constructing Concrete Bases in this industry bringing your experience and knowledge to the job.
Summary
As a Groundworker in the Construction/Building Industry, you will be an essential part of the construction team, contributing to various tasks such as heavy lifting, driving, and general concrete construction activities. Your core skills in physical strength, attention to detail, and teamwork will be crucial in completing projects efficiently and effectively. With premium in the construction of concrete bases, height levels & screeding concrete with also skills in time management, problem-solving, and equipment operation, e.g. Dumpers / Diggers. You will enhance productivity on-site. Your relevant skills in safety protocols, tool maintenance, and construction materials knowledge will ensure a safe and successful work environment. Your Duties will be
Lifting material in for groundworks
Experience driving Dumpers/Mini Diggers
Knowledge in prep and set up for groundworks, along with the experience in the concrete side
Making sure all sites are kept clean & tools
Providing Material when required to your team.
Keeping Site/Tools Clean & Tidy
Sundries on the Job
Back at Yard Loading Van next day.
Also, other duties may apply on job and back at Yard.
You will have various start times depending on where job is, and you may have the odd overnight.
You must be fit and healthy as a degree of heavy lifting is involved. You must also have your Driving Licence, which is essential and be used to driving vans. Also own vehicle to get you to work is required.
