My client, a notable Property Company/Managing Agent, is seeking a Building Manager/Operations Manager - Soft Services to oversee the operations of a 300,000 sq ft site. You will collaborate with a wider team, including the General Manager and Engineering Manager.

Candidates should have prior experience managing a site of similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, and overseeing health and safety on site. IOSH or NEBOSH certifications are essential.
