My client, a leading Managing Agent, seeks a Senior Facilities Manager with experience managing a portfolio in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line management responsibility of a number of BMs / FMs and AFMs.
- Very close stakeholder engagement with end‑owners of assets – building, key tenants, support on‑site teams.
- Oversee company initiatives and ensure compliance is achieved across the portfolio.
- Set and manage service charge budgets.
Required Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ESG, Net Zero, Smart Buildings, Building Apps and WELL.
- IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications.
