Managing Agent requires a Senior Technical Services / Senior Engineering Manager for a new build in London to oversee the day-to-day and project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services at a flagship site exceeding 700,000 sq ft in central London. The site is a mixed-use development comprising commercial office space, with an Engineering Manager reporting to this role.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing and reviewing operational procedures and processes
  • Reviewing and managing the performance of service partners
  • Overseeing the delivery of mobilisation and daily operations by service partners
  • Overseeing design, planning, and execution of fit-out works
  • Ensuring site compliance with legislation and statutory requirements
  • Delivering SMART buildings and NABERS standards

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Operations team to maintain financial discipline, manage service charge expenditure, and ensure compliance with legislation and corporate procedures.
