Managing Agent requires a Senior Technical Services / Senior Engineering Manager for a new build in London to oversee the day-to-day and project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services at a flagship site exceeding 700,000 sq ft in central London. The site is a mixed-use development comprising commercial office space, with an Engineering Manager reporting to this role.
The responsibilities include:
- Managing and reviewing operational procedures and processes
- Reviewing and managing the performance of service partners
- Overseeing the delivery of mobilisation and daily operations by service partners
- Overseeing design, planning, and execution of fit-out works
- Ensuring site compliance with legislation and statutory requirements
- Delivering SMART buildings and NABERS standards
