Managing Agent – Senior Technical Services/Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Services/Engineering Manager for a new build project in Central London. The role involves overseeing daily and project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services at a flagship site exceeding 300,000 sq ft, comprising mixed-use commercial office space.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and reviewing operational procedures and processes
2. Reviewing and managing the performance of service partners
3. Overseeing service partners\’ delivery of mobilisation and daily operations
4. Overseeing design, planning, and execution of fit-out works
5. Ensuring site compliance with legislation and statutory requirements
6. Delivering SMART buildings and NABERS standards

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Operations team to uphold financial discipline, manage service charge expenditure, and ensure adherence to legislation and corporate procedures.
