My client, a niche Managing Agent, is looking for a Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 100,000 sq ft. Key to this role is being customer focused. You will be required to implement all process procedures for the site and have an Assistant Building Manager (ABM) who will report to you.
You should have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, as well as overseeing health and safety on site. Therefore, an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is also essential.
The role involves driving ESG initiatives and overseeing fit-out works. In addition to managing service partners on site, you will need to engage daily with end users (tenants). It is crucial to establish clear communication channels, whether written or verbal, to operate this flagship site effectively.
