My client, a notable Property Company, is looking for an Operations Director / Customer Director / Estates Director to oversee operations of a site in excess of 700,000 sq ft. Key requirements include being customer-focused and delivering on ESG, NET Zero, WELL, BREEAM, and SMART buildings. It is essential that you can strategically deliver on the firm's objectives for the site.
You should have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale, leading an on-site team.
