Position Overview
My client, a leading Managing Agent, seeks a Multi-site Regional FM with experience managing a portfolio overseeing the delivery of FM services to a mixed-use portfolio. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis and manage your own diary, but will be required to be site-based.
Responsibilities
- Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver a fit-for-purpose service, focusing on initiatives and accreditations like recycling, NET Zero, WELL, etc.
- Work closely with the client to ensure objectives are met and that change is implemented.
- Manage any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
- Collaborate with the Surveyor to set and manage service charge budgets annually.
Qualifications & Skills
You will have an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification and experience in setting and managing service charge budgets.
