Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 19 sites in primarily office buildings.
- Liaise daily with service partners to maintain agreed service levels.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver fit‑for‑purpose services, including initiatives on recycling, NET Zero, WELL, etc.
- Own all on‑site project work from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
- Set and manage service charge budgets.
