My client, a managing agent, is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to look after multiple buildings located mainly in offices within the City and West End of Central London. The role involves liaising with service partners daily and engaging closely with tenants, as well as attending meetings with portfolio owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of sites in Central London
- Liaise with service partners and tenants on a daily basis
- Attend meetings with owners of the portfolio
- Report to the Head of FM and grow within the role
- Manage projects on site from cradle to grave, appointing relevant contractors
- Work flexibly to meet site needs
- Set and manage service charge budgets
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple buildings in close proximity
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification
- Ability to set and manage service charge budgets
