My client, a Leading Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning and operations of a site in excess of 130,000 sq ft, in Central London - West End.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning and operations of the site.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets.
- Oversee health and safety on site, holding IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Manage service partners and engage with tenants on a daily basis.
- Coordinate tenant fit‐out works over a period of 18 months.
- Deliver a tenant‐experience focused service and partner with service partners to create a 'one team' ethos.
Qualifications
- Previous experience setting and managing service charge budgets.
- Experience overseeing health and safety on site.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Knowledge of ESG, NET Zero, WELL, and BREEAM.
