A Managing Agent is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to support a Trophy site in Central London. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with service partners to ensure that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out.
  • Producing monthly reports on service partner performance and managing service partner invoicing.
  • Keeping the H&S platform updated, raising POs, instructing, and following up on works.
  • Overseeing service charge budgets.

Additionally, the role involves extensive direct communication with tenants, both verbal and written, so strong communication skills are essential. The candidate should be customer-centric and organized, capable of managing customer communications via newsletters and organizing site events.

Essential experience: Working for a service provider, client side, managing agent, or developer operator is key.
