You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale and mobilising from practical completion, overseeing commissioning, overseeing tenant fit outs, showing prospective customers around, and leading an on-site team. Exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets as well as overseeing health and safety on site is essential; therefore, an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is required.
As well as management of service partners on site, you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
